An eye for the details and the heart for the team

If you find yourself passionate about digging into processes, and interested in picking up a career in international environment, then you’ve came to the right place! Your main duties and responsibilities will be:

●     Handling invoices and credit notes in SAP

●     Responding to incoming e-mails and phone calls to support internal customers

●     Registration of incoming reminders and - if needed, helping with verification.

On top of that you will actively participate in securing high quality level of performed processes to meet and exceed agreed Service Level Agreements.

Having your BA or MA diploma, you have gained some experience in team working by taking part in activities and projects during studies. You know the value of cooperation and building trust- based relationships. You are detail- orientated and have the capability to work with high- volume data. Some internship or job experience will help you to learn the ropes.

To be successful in your new role you have to speak English fluently. We are looking self-motivated people who want to challenge themselves with the unique experience of working in fast-paced environment, requiring frequent contact with customers and system data analysis. Therefore, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
