Main responsibilities:

·         Working with the team to prevent fraud bookings

·         Monitoring fraud screening application system

·         Contact with banks and cardholders to conduct research to validate purchases

·         Voiding and refunding transactions identified as fraud

·         Conducting follow-up research on fraud charge backs

·         Adherence to all company policies & procedures.

Candidate profile:

·         Excellent communication skills and fluency in German

·         Good command of the English language

·         At least 12 months work experience in an international environment

·         College degree

·         Inquisitive nature and enjoy doing research and investigative type of work

·         Possess strong decision making ability and self disciplined

·         Professional and courteous phone manner

·         Knowledge of MS Office and a familiarity with the Internet

·         Willingness to work on shifts (considering weekends).
