TOURISM SALES SPECIALIST - Kraków

TOURISM SALES SPECIALIST


Place of work: Kraków

Main responsibilities: 

·         Selling travel related products and services (hotels, cars, flight tickets)

·         Helping customers to identify their needs and expectations in terms of arranging their travels

·         Explaining relevant terms and conditions regarding travel procedures

·         Handling incoming calls and email requests from customers

·         Keeping up to date with product developments and changes of to procedures

 

Candidate profile:

·         Excellent oral and written skills in German

·         Good command of the English language

·         Determination to reach and exceed targets

·         Supporting a healthy competitive culture 

·         Being able to overcome objections by thinking outside of the box

·         Excellent customer care and proactive attitude

·         Previous call center, travel industry or/and Sales experience - as an asset
