WHERE?  Barcelona, Spain

WHEN?  Position available from 08.2014

 DURATION: 4 months +

HOW MANY HOURS? full time, 40h/week

Company located in the center of Barcelona. Their goal is to offer luxury accommodation and excellent customer service. Your talent, attitude and language are fundametal to make our customers feel as comfortable as possible.

The tasks are varied:

- Place reservations to the intranet

- Attend guest requests and complains during their stay

Student will be responsible for providing information about fees , services and reservations , checking rooms availability in a system, record the income, recieve requests and complains during their stay. Be competent to meet and serve guests with a friendly , tolerant and responsible attitude.

We are looking for:

Ø  Studies: Tourism /  Comercial/ Languages or equivalent

Ø  Languages:  English Advanced + Spanish intermediate

We offer:

Ø  Remuneration: 400€/month

Ø  Interesting tasks, international and pleasant work environment
